Copyright Infringement Notice
Cutiora respects intellectual property rights and takes claims of copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that material available on Cutiora infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the contact information provided below.
What We Do and Do Not Host
Cutiora does not host, store, or distribute user-uploaded images on its own servers. Images uploaded through our editing tools are processed entirely in the user's browser. The exception is when a user uses the Share to Pinterest feature, which may require the image to be temporarily uploaded to Cloudinary to generate a shareable link. The image is intended to be deleted automatically after it is no longer needed.
Cutiora does host a collection of visual assets used by our editing tools, including sticker images (in /assets/stickers/) and Photo Booth frame templates (in /assets/frames/). DMCA notices regarding these assets will be acted upon promptly.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information to our designated contact:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address required; postal address optional).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- The specific URL or a sufficiently detailed description of the material on Cutiora that you believe infringes your copyright, so that we can locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice
You may also submit your request through our Contact page, provided that your submission contains all of the information required above.
We will review properly submitted notices and respond within a reasonable time frame (typically within 5–10 business days). If a notice is valid and the reported material is found to infringe, we will take appropriate steps to remove or disable access to it promptly.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court for your address, or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal district court in the jurisdiction where Cutiora is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your counter-notice to the same DMCA contact address listed above with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. Unless that party informs us that they have filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to keep the material down, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice, as required by the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
Cutiora reserves the right to take appropriate action against repeat copyright infringers, including restricting access to or removing infringing material, in accordance with applicable law.
